Investors
There are two ways your investment pays when you become our partner. Depending on the site specific situation cash flow will start about three months after your initial investment and paid quarterly. Our business model is 8% return per year on cash flow and 8% ROI at sale. Every project is specific to itself but we generally expect to hold properties for 5-7 years before we sell, ultimately our goal is 16% total profit. At Program Management we believe in doing our part for the environment while making money too. Our eco-friendly approach is all inclusive meaning we apply it to the community, the residents, the investors.
